For custom work, we first discuss the requirement and any relevant technical constraints. We then provide a written quotation or invoice that defines the agreed scope, price, expected deliverables and any important customer dependencies.
For common needs, customers can purchase a standard package through our store. Package pages describe what is included; anything outside that scope is quoted separately before extra work begins.
Support is operated from our company location in Tallinn, Monday to Friday. We work remotely with B2C and B2B customers in multiple countries, subject to the service being technically and legally suitable.
