One remote consultation session of up to 90 minutes
Discussion of one defined IT topic, project or decision
Identification of relevant requirements, dependencies and practical risks
A concise written action plan summarising the recommended next steps
One email clarification concerning the delivered action plan

Delivery process

After accepting the order, we normally contact you within two business days.
We confirm the consultation topic and request any non-sensitive background information.
The remote session is scheduled by mutual availability during our Monday-to-Friday support schedule.
The written action plan is normally delivered within three business days after the consultation.

Customer requirements

Provide one clear topic or intended outcome
Provide accurate background information and relevant constraints
Ensure that an appropriate decision-maker or technical contact attends where necessary

Not included

Implementation, installation, development or system administration
Procurement of hardware, software or third-party subscriptions
