This package provides remote setup and baseline security configuration for one compatible Windows or macOS computer. It is suitable for an individual, remote worker or small business preparing a new device.
What is included

- Installation of up to five legitimate, customer-licensed applications

Delivery process
- We normally contact you within two business days after accepting the order.
- We confirm the device, operating system, applications and account requirements.
- The remote setup appointment is arranged by mutual availability.
- Delivery is completed during the scheduled session where all prerequisites are available.
Customer requirements
- One functioning and internet-connected computer
- Ability to complete the initial device startup and install the agreed remote-support tool
- Valid operating-system and application licences
- Access to relevant accounts and verification methods
- A backup of any existing important information
Not included
- Computer hardware, peripherals, licences or subscriptions
- Physical installation or on-site attendance
- Hardware diagnostics or repair
- Malware or incident-response work
- Server, domain, network or multi-device configuration
- Transfer of more than 100 GB of user data
- Specialist application configuration or custom integrations
Requirements outside this scope can be assessed as a separate custom project before additional work begins.
